Cyclect receives Quality Performance Award from Exyte Singapore
New award milestone for CZ expansion project
Singapore, December 2019 -- Exyte Singapore has awarded Cyclect’s Process and Utilities Team with the Quality Performance Award for the S86167 CZ Expansion project. Exyte regularly recognizes top-performing companies and business partners who work with them on their projects.

The Islamic Religious Council of Singapore (MUIS) awarded Chemicrete with managing their key properties under WAREES Investments Pte Ltd. It is a 2+2 year Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.
About MUIS:
Majlis Ugama Islam Singapura (MUIS), also known as the Islamic Religious Council of Singapore, was established as a statutory body in 1968 when the Administration of Muslim Law Act (AMLA) came into effect. Under AMLA, MUIS is to advise the President of Singapore on all matters relating to Islam in Singapore.
The role of Muis is to see that the many and varied interests of Singapore's Muslim community are looked after.
In this regard, MUIS is responsible for the promotion of religious, social, educational, economic and cultural activities in accordance with the principles and traditions of Islam as enshrined in the Holy Quran and Sunnah.

The Singapore Food Agency (SFA) (formerly AVA) entrusted Chemicrete with managing their Marine Aquaculture Centre (MAC). It is a 3+2 year Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) contract.
About MAC:
Located at St John's Island, the MAC was set up to develop and harness technology to facilitate the development and expansion of large-scale hatchery and fish farming production in Singapore and the region.
Scope:
1) Management of MAC facility, including Mechanical, Electrical and Housekeeping services.
2) Project management for addition, alteration and refurbishment projects.
3) MAC Facility includes Broodstock Tanks, Experimental Tanks and other tank systems.
Chemicrete Awarded Ministry Of Law Facilities Management Contract
CHEMICRETE AWARDED MAINTENANCE CONTRACT MINISTRY OF LAW
Will implement Computerised Facilities Management Solutions

Chemicrete, the Facility Management (FM) subsidiary of Cyclect, has been awarded the Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) maintenance contract by the Ministry of Law (MOL) at URA Centre. The team was selected from a group of FM service providers, shortlisted by MOL.
The four-year contract includes mechanical and electrical maintenance, housekeeping, and stewarding services. Chemicrete will implement its Smart Facilities Management solutions to increase its efficiency. These solutions include digital job reporting, 3D-scanner technologies.
To align itself with Singapore's smart nation initiatives, the company wants to bring the depth of its IFM experience to new clients and increase value-added services through digital innovation.
